These terms govern use of this website. Paid analytics work is also governed by a written proposal or engagement agreement; that agreement prevails if terms conflict.

You may use this site for lawful information and business-enquiry purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, misrepresent your identity or copy content in a way that infringes our rights.
Information and intellectual property
Website content is general information, not legal, financial or guaranteed product advice. Net Synchub retains rights in its branding, methods and original site content. You may quote short extracts with attribution; broader reuse requires written permission.
Service engagements
Scope, fees, milestones, client responsibilities, data access, confidentiality and ownership of deliverables are set out before work begins. Clients must have authority to provide any systems, datasets and materials used in an engagement and remain responsible for product decisions made from our recommendations.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted website access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and contact
